On December 6, in order to promote communication among colleagues and strengthen cross-departmental cooperation, Candid organized employees from each department to come to the Baishuizhai Youth Camp in Zengcheng to carry out two days of team-building activities. Dynamic Drumming Competition

Gameplay: It requires everyone to move in unison and adapt to the ever-changing direction of the tennis ball's rebound.

Practical application: For example, the new product development of Candid 6-way surround view system requires the entire project team to have consistent ideas and steps and be able to adapt to various market demands.

Communication Babel Tower

Gamepaly 1: The team is required to be divided into three parts, namely the "Observer", "Understand and Communicate", and "Executor".

Gameplay 2: Only one-way communication between the 3 teams is allowed, and no "leapfrogging" is permitted.

The "Tower of Babel" simulates the process of inter-departmental communication.
①Observer - salesman: discovered a new need for 360 AVM system in the human-vehicle recognition scenario, and introduced it into the project.
②Understanding and communicating - Project Department: Organize the requirements, evaluate the feasibility of "smart camera 360", and issue production orders to the Production Department.
③Executor--Production Department: Accept the instruction and complete the production according to the requirement.
 

The Ball travels thousands of miles

Gameplay：During the rolling process, the ping-pong ball cannot stop, roll back or fall to the ground, and must smoothly enter the bucket at the end.

Summary：Details make a difference. The ball will only roll from high to low, which is uncontrollable, but the speed of rolling can be controlled manually.
For example, if a customer needs to customize surround view monitoring system for bus, ADAS system manufacturers cannot decide whether the customer will buy it or not; however, they can continuously improve the quality standards of their products and attract customers to buy through high quality.

In the December team building activities of Candid, the hard work of the partners effectively promoted the communication between departments, and also allowed themselves to fully relax their bodies and minds. Looking back on 2024, just like the team building activities, we have been moving forward; embracing 2025, we are ready!
